We offer an indemnity service whereby this can be taken out on your behalf to protect you against out of court settlements, witness costs, legal expenses and some employment tribunal compensation awards.
All our Client’s are given the option to attend training courses or alternatively we can come to you and provide training on your premises. Our training is designed to give you the confidence to effectively address day to day employment law issues.
Employment Tribunal Representation:
If it becomes necessary for you to become involved in an employment tribunal we will be on hand to deal with every aspect of this. Having to deal with an employment tribunal claim can be extremely time consuming not to mention very stressful, as a result we endeavour to visit you at your premises and in addition take witness statements; collate all facts, prepare your defence, liaise with the Tribunals and ACAS and ultimately represent you at Tribunal.
