Immigration Fees Solicitors in Manchester

Immigration Fees

At MWG Solicitors, we offer a range of fixed-fee immigration services. Our experienced immigration team have devised affordable fixed-fee packages to ensure you get the maximum value from our services.

There are many different methods of settlement. Our immigration solicitors in Manchester will take the time to understand your situation and the resolution that you hope to achieve before advising you clearly on the law applicable to your situation. This commitment has seen the standard of our immigration advice receive high praise from our existing clients.

Our fixed fees do not include disbursements such as barrister fees, application fees or VAT. If the matter is terminated before completion, we will charge you on an hourly basis. Any work carried outside the fixed fee agreement will be charged at an hourly rate.

All our fees are exclusive of VAT which is applied at the current rate of 20%. VAT has to be included in our fees and all disbursements. VAT only applies if your usual place of residence is in the UK. If you are not a resident of the UK, or have entered the UK illegally with no leave to remain, or you are an asylum seeker, you may not be liable to pay VAT.

The below charges are subject to how complex your matter is. Your matter will be assessed in the initial assessment to confirm the exact fixed fees. To schedule a consultation with our solicitors, call us on 0161 835 2446.
